Abstract

Every organization has its own assets, which consist of two main components, one of which is labor (employees). Employees with knowledge and skills do not guarantee organizational success. The good decisions they use and apply knowledge and skills in doing jobs that make a difference. The difference comes from the results of employee performance. Employee performance is interpreted as a task call, where employees work in accordance with the organization's work program in order to achieve the vision, mission and goals of the organization. Many factors affect employee performance including emotional intelligence, competence, and communication. This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, competence and communication on employee performance. The research sample was collected using a questionnaire to the employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Semarang, Jl. MT. Haryono 892-894, Semarang, totaling 69 people. The sampling technique uses a non-random total sampling technique. And analyzed using structural equation model analysis (SEM). The results of the analysis show that: Emotional Intelligence, Competence, Communication have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
